Carly Landa

Carly brings with her 24 years  of teaching experience in a rich and diverse background. Her formal qualifications include a  Bachelor of Performing Arts, Diploma of Education, Graduate Diploma of Arts (Theatre).  Carly believes anyone and everyone can connect with the beauty, creativity and artistry of dance.  A community activist, Carly is heavily involved with the local community and shares her  love of dance in her role as a Lululemon ambassador. 


Emily Buttle

Emily has had a 25 year career as a stilt dance performance artist and has practised and studied yoga for the last 15 years. She is an 800Hr certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and is continually inspired to teach the profound and life changing practises of yoga to all. Yoga is about finding the magic that we all have within us. Emily is also a still performance artist.



Katie Manitsas

Katie  is an advanced level Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and a Wise Earth Ayurveda master teacher. She is also qualified in Kundalini Yoga and as a doula (childbirth support person) and holds the highest possible accreditations with both Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia. She has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Katie’s passion is in yogic philosophy and the seasonal practices of sadhana –bringing devotion and a sense of the sacred to everyday life,
as well as compassion for animals and a deep reverence for nature. 


Karolina Szymala

Karolina is an Advanced 800 + hr Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Certified Yin Yoga Teacher and a Mentor for newly certified yoga teachers. 
In her classes Karolina emphasizes the importance of intention as a driving force in the practice. She is known for her intelligent and strong sequencing and hands-on assists reflecting her knowledge of physical and subtle body anatomy. Karolina brings her love for art, music, eastern philosophy and healing aspects of yoga together, creating an
experience of an authentic and grounded practice.


Tahnee Stroet

Tahnee is an intuitive and insightful teacher of yoga. She sees yoga as your opportunity to recharge and re-connect and ’meet’ yourself again. Bringing her own practice of 'yin' into her teaching, Tahnee teaches with experiential wisdom. She combines her unique skill set with her life experience (including motherhood) to create dynamic and nurturing classes. She is patient and respectful and brings a lighthearted approach to her yoga teaching. Tahnee helps her students rediscover the joy of yoga - encouraging them to ‘do’ less and ‘be’ more

Sandeep virdi

Kristina is a forever balance seeker. She has been practicing yoga for half of her life, yet only a couple of years ago she has become a yoga teacher that keeps on learning. Kristina is currently studying to become a Wellbeing coach. She would like to combine all her experience and knowledge in healthy eating, physical and mental wellbeing, and to become a support for others on their journey to overall wellbeing. Kristina’s daily mantra is “There is no such a thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.”

Melissa has been a student of yoga for over ten years and is honoured to share these practices. She is a certified Jivamukti Yoga and Lotus Flow teacher. Mel’s approach is holistic. Her classes include; mantra, pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy. She provides the missing link between the mysteries of yoga and the physical postures.She continues to explore and transform her own spirit through the practice of Babaji’s Kriya Yoga. She shares her exploration with her students, hoping to empower and inspire them.

Sandeep an Advanced Jivamutki Teacher is humbly grateful to all her teachers, mentors and friends past, present and future, she honours their passion, dharma talks, technical knowledge, creative sequencing and the individual energy they all bring to yoga.  Sandeep is an energetic and engaged teacher who enjoys the asana practice and gives her students the skills to develop their techniques, and the opportunity to reflect on their experience in a ‘yoga lab’ environment. It is this humble and profound inspiration that Sandeep brings to her teaching and her own practice with a big influence from the wisdom of the cosmos, astrology.


Catherine Hourihan

Catherine has practiced hatha yoga for over 20 years; and was first introduced to yoga as a way of enhancing her dance training in 1987. She studied Iyengar yoga in Sydney for 10 years, Sivananda yoga in Paris in 1997 and discovered vinyasa, flow yoga in New York City at Jivamukti and Laughing Lotus yoga studios in 1998. She received her teaching certification from master teacher, Sadie Nardini in 2004, and completed an advanced teacher training workshop with Sadie in Feb. 2006. She has also trained in modern, classical and butoh dance.


Jovana Subotic

Jovana has always had a love of movement and dance. Since completing her first yoga teacher training Jovana has taught at various yoga schools, spaces and music festivals including 'Rainbow Serpent Festival and 'Subsonic'. She is a very spiritual person and this is reflected in her yoga teaching style. Jovana is also extremely passionate about music and has been a DJ and a music events promoter in the past. In her classes she enjoys selecting an inspirational music soundtrack to go with the practice as well as chanting with a harmonium. Jovana feels very blessed and honored to be a Jivamukti yoga teacher and part of global Jivamukti yoga community.
